Position: L&D Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage hotel learning and development programs to drive talent growth
- Coordinate property wide training initiatives and foster a positive learning culture
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement talent management and engagement strategies
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of development programs property wide
- Ensure compliance with Archipelago International training standards and HR policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an L&D leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for senior level engagement
- Fluent in English for professional coordination and international reporting
- Strategic mindset with a focus on talent development and employee retention
- Detailed oriented approach to training administration and data management
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is highly regarded
- Passion for hospitality and excellence in associate development
