Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage hotel learning and development programs to drive talent growth
  • Coordinate property wide training initiatives and foster a positive learning culture
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement talent management and engagement strategies
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of development programs property wide
  • Ensure compliance with Archipelago International training standards and HR policies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an L&D leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for senior level engagement
  • Fluent in English for professional coordination and international reporting
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on talent development and employee retention
  • Detailed oriented approach to training administration and data management
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is highly regarded
  • Passion for hospitality and excellence in associate development
