Position: People & Culture (HR) Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage hotel HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
  • Ensure property-wide compliance with Indonesian labor laws and Accor HR policies
  • Coordinate staff training programs and foster a positive, high-performing team culture
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement talent management and engagement strategies
  • Manage HR administration, including payroll, benefits, and CSR activities property-wide

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills are essential
  • Strong team spirit and service-minded approach
  • Fluent in English for professional reporting and corporate coordination
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Commitment to excellence and associate development
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
