Position: People & Culture (HR) Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage hotel HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
- Ensure property-wide compliance with Indonesian labor laws and Accor HR policies
- Coordinate staff training programs and foster a positive, high-performing team culture
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement talent management and engagement strategies
- Manage HR administration, including payroll, benefits, and CSR activities property-wide
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Positive attitude and good communication skills are essential
- Strong team spirit and service-minded approach
- Fluent in English for professional reporting and corporate coordination
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Commitment to excellence and associate development
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
