Position: Learning & Development Asst. Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel learning and development programs to drive talent growth and performance
  • Coordinate property-wide training initiatives and foster a positive learning culture
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement talent management and engagement strategies
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of development programs within the IHG network
  • Ensure compliance with IHG learning standards and professional technical documentation

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English for professional reporting and corporate coordination
