Position: Learning & Development Asst. Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel learning and development programs to drive talent growth and performance
- Coordinate property-wide training initiatives and foster a positive learning culture
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement talent management and engagement strategies
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of development programs within the IHG network
- Ensure compliance with IHG learning standards and professional technical documentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior training or L&D role within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for senior level engagement
- Fluent in English for professional reporting and corporate coordination
- Strategic mindset with a focus on talent development and employee retention
- Passion for hospitality and excellence in associate development
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail regarding data management
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field is highly regarded
