Position: Quality Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality assurance or operational excellence in luxury hospitality
- Strong analytical skills to monitor service standards and guest feedback
- Ability to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency
- Knowledge of Marriott brand standards is an advantage
- Leadership skills to drive a culture of quality
