Position: People & Culture Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task & work well
- Review and update People & Culture policies and procedures
- Monitor present and future trends in the local labor situation
- Assist General Manager in the smooth running of the People & Culture function
