Position: People & Culture Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
  • Results and service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to multi-task & work well
  • Review and update People & Culture policies and procedures
  • Monitor present and future trends in the local labor situation
  • Assist General Manager in the smooth running of the People & Culture function
