Position: Reservation & E-Commerce Staff
Responsibilities:
- Manage room reservations from various channels including OTAs, direct calls, and emails
- Monitor and update room rates and availability on E-Commerce platforms
- Process booking modifications and cancellations accurately in the system
- Assist in analyzing booking trends to support revenue strategies
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding rates, packages, and hotel policies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in reservations or e-commerce within the hotel industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in using computer software and OTA extranets
- Familiar with hotel system (Power Pro)
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality is preferred
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
