Position: Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve property revenue targets
- Lead and mentor the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure high performance and growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts and travel partners in Jakarta
- Oversee the marketing budget and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility for the hotel
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in 4 or 5 star hotel in the same position
- Excellent English communication skill, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership, strategic, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
- Love to work in a team with target oriented mindset
- Able to join immediately
- Indonesian citizenship
