Position: Senior Wedding & Event
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of weddings and social events at the hotel
- Lead client consultations and provide customized event proposals to meet specific needs
- Coordinate with the F&B and Banquet teams to ensure high-quality service delivery for all functions
- Monitor event feedback and implement strategies to drive repeat social event business
- Handle contract negotiations and oversee administrative tasks related to event bookings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 4 or 5 star hotel in the same position
- Excellent English communication skill, both written and verbal
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
- Strong leadership and excellent decision-making skills
- Love to work in a team with target oriented mindset
- Able to join immediately
- Indonesian citizenship
