Position: Director of Sales (DOS)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales operations and manage a high-performing sales team to meet volume goals
- Identify new business opportunities and niche markets to expand the hotel’s client base
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide detailed reporting on revenue performance to management
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client site inspections
- Negotiate corporate contracts and group booking agreements to maximize room occupancy
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in 4 or 5 star hotel in the same position
- Excellent English communication skill, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership, strategic, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
- Love to work in a team with target oriented mindset
- Able to join immediately
- Indonesian citizenship
