Position: Revenue Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and market share
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns in Malang to optimize room rates
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive occupancy
- Prepare detailed revenue forecasts and reports for senior management review
- Monitor distribution channels and ensure inventory parity across all platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Finance
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or similar role in the hotel industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management software
- Excellent understanding of hotel distribution channels and market dynamics
- Leadership capabilities to guide the revenue team towards targets
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
