Position: HR & Learning Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance staff performance and service standards
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations in Jakarta
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs
  • Support the HR Manager in administrative tasks and policy implementation

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Law
  • Experience in an HR generalist or learning and development role, preferably in hospitality
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
