Position: FB Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Food and Beverage department to achieve revenue and service goals
- Develop and implement F&B strategies and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all outlets
- Manage budget, food costs, and inventory control effectively
- Mentor and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines
- Relevant licenses, certifications, or diplomas to support your professional credentials
