Position: Waiter
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional food and beverage service in hotel outlets or banquets.
- Welcome guests and assist with menu selections and recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and setup of dining areas throughout the shift.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Process guest bills and handle payments accurately.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 (One) years experience at 5-star hotel.
- Familiar with all nature of hotel operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a daily worker.
- Passionate about guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Fluent in English is an advantage.
