Position: Food and Beverage Manager
Qualifications:
- A degree or professional certification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related discipline is preferred
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of Food Service and Food & Beverage management, emphasizing operational efficiency and high-quality standards
- Excellent customer service and guest relationship management skills, focused on delivering outstanding dining experiences
- Demonstrated experience in staff training and team development within the food and beverage sector
- Strong capability in budgeting, cost control, and strategic marketing to achieve financial objectives
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage operations
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is considered an asset
