Position: CDP Pastry
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the pastry section and prepare a variety of high-quality desserts and baked goods
- Develop new pastry recipes and menu items in collaboration with the Executive Chef
- Monitor stock of baking ingredients and ensure proper storage
- Train pastry staff on techniques and presentation standards
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry station at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a pastry leadership role within a hotel or resort
- Creative and innovative with a passion for pastry arts
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail in taste and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards
