Position: Food and Beverage Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the related managerial position, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good understanding of hotel operations and cross-department collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in relevant systems, tools, and technology
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented attitude
