A lot of hotel staff stay in this role for years simply because they never question it, repeating shift patterns without auditing progress.
Position: Wellness Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the spa area, including locker rooms and relaxation areas, is clean and tidy
- Assist guests with lockers, robes, and slippers upon arrival
- Replenish towels and amenities throughout the day
- Support therapists and reception staff with daily operations
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma (D1) or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Hospitality, Tourism, or Wellness)
- Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality operations is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a professional manner
- Good communication skill and well groomed appearance
- Willingness to be placed at Amarta Beachfront Resort & Spa
