Position: Sales Manager – JSO

Responsibilities:

• Proactively solicit and manage accounts from the Jakarta Sales Office (JSO) market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event organizers, and corporate partners.
• Lead sales initiatives to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Represent the resort at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to promote our facilities.

Qualifications:

• A strong track record in building client relationships, leading sales initiatives, and achieving results.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Sales Manager role, preferably within a 5 star resort.
• Proven experience handling the Jakarta market (JSO) is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.
• Based in Bogor or willing to commute, with frequent travel to Jakarta.
