Position: FB Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and in room dining.
• Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are maintained.
• Lead, train, and manage the F&B service team.
• Control departmental budgets, manage inventory, and optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative menus and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
• Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
• Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Proficient in related systems and technology.
• Fast learner and proactive team player.
• Able to join immediately.
