Position: FB Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and in room dining.
- Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are maintained.
- Lead, train, and manage the F&B service team.
- Control departmental budgets, manage inventory, and optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative menus and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Proficient in related systems and technology.
- Fast learner and proactive team player.
- Able to join immediately.
