Position: Food and Beverage Service Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all guests in the restaurant or bar.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and make recommendations from the menu.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to Novotel standards.
- Prepare tables, ensure the cleanliness of the outlet, and handle bill settlements.
- Upsell promotions and special menu items.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an F&B Attendant, Waiter, or Waitress, preferably in a hotel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Willing to work in shifts.
