Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hotel’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the primary point of contact for guests and staff.
  • Ensure smooth Front Office operations, including check in, check out, and guest service.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints or emergencies promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with all departments to maintain service standards and address operational issues.
  • Conduct property rounds to ensure the safety, security, and appearance of the resort.
  • Prepare shift reports and effectively communicate information to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office supervisory or Duty Manager role within a 5-star resort.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Guest oriented mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
