Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the primary point of contact for guests and staff.
- Ensure smooth Front Office operations, including check in, check out, and guest service.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints or emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with all departments to maintain service standards and address operational issues.
- Conduct property rounds to ensure the safety, security, and appearance of the resort.
- Prepare shift reports and effectively communicate information to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Office supervisory or Duty Manager role within a 5-star resort.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Guest oriented mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
