Position: Guest Experience Expert (Chinese Speaker Butler)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and anticipatory butler services to designated guests, particularly Chinese speaking guests.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling all requests, inquiries, and preferences.
  • Coordinate with various departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Recreation) to ensure all guest arrangements are flawless.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and bridge any language barriers for Chinese speaking guests.
  • Create memorable experiences by curating personalized itineraries and special touches.
  • Gather guest feedback to continuously improve the luxury service experience.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a Butler or in a high end Guest Relations role, preferably in a luxury resort.
  • Impeccable grooming, etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive service approach.
  • *Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to interact with discerning international clientele.
