Position: Guest Experience Expert (Chinese Speaker Butler)
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and anticipatory butler services to designated guests, particularly Chinese speaking guests.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling all requests, inquiries, and preferences.
- Coordinate with various departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Recreation) to ensure all guest arrangements are flawless.
- Facilitate smooth communication and bridge any language barriers for Chinese speaking guests.
- Create memorable experiences by curating personalized itineraries and special touches.
- Gather guest feedback to continuously improve the luxury service experience.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Butler or in a high end Guest Relations role, preferably in a luxury resort.
- Impeccable grooming, etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive service approach.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to interact with discerning international clientele.
*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
