Position: Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the dining outlet with a genuine smile and heartfelt service.
- Present menus, make personalized recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure a memorable and personal dining experience for all guests.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area and service stations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Waitress in an upscale restaurant or 4/5-star hotel.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, food, and beverage items.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a great team player.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about creating heartfelt guest experiences.
