Position: Sales Manager – Wedding and Social Event
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit and manage all wedding and social event inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, and social clients.
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings, showcasing the hotel’s event facilities.
- Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize event bookings to meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Banquet, Culinary, and other operational teams to ensure flawless event execution.
- Analyze market trends for weddings and social events in Surabaya.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, specializing in weddings and social events.
- A strong network of contacts within the Surabaya wedding and event industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the social event segment.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in hotel sales and catering software.
