Position: Guest Service Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, heartfelt welcome and efficient check-in/check-out service for all guests.
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with a personal touch and a genuine smile.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts accurately.
- Process payments and maintain guest folios according to hotel standards.
- Embody the Amnaya vibe, anticipating guest needs to create memorable experiences.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar Front Office role (GSA, Receptionist) in a boutique or 4/5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Proficient with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- A guest-focused, positive attitude with a genuine passion for service.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work well within a dynamic team or “family” environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multitasking.
