Position: Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance programs across all hotel departments.
- Analyze guest feedback (GSS, online reviews) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards (Marriott Luxury Collection).
- Facilitate quality improvement teams and projects, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Train staff on brand standards, service excellence, and quality processes.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Management role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and guest feedback.
- Expert knowledge of luxury hotel operations and brand standards (Marriott experience preferred).
- Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving.
- A passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to influence and motivate teams across all levels of the organization.
