Position: Room Division Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and room cleanliness.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control for the division.
- Train and mentor staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Excellent organizational, time management skills, and a great team work.
- Proficient MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
- Proven experience as a Room Division Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
