Position: Rooms Division Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and related departments
- Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the division
- Lead and mentor department heads to achieve operational goals
- Resolve complex guest issues and ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Rooms Division management in a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Guest-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English
