Position: Room Division Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service, satisfaction, and safety are maintained.
- Develop and manage the Rooms Division budget, controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
- Lead and mentor department heads (AFOM, EHK) to achieve operational goals.
- Implement and monitor brand standards and quality assurance.
- Handle elite guest relations and resolve complex guest issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Room Division Manager or in a similar leadership role (e.g., Director of Rooms).
- Pre-opening experience is essential for this role.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of PMS and hotel operations.
- 5-star luxury hotel background is required.
- Degree in Hospitality Management.
