Position: Room Division Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Rooms Division leadership role (e.g., FOM, EHK) in a luxury resort
• Comprehensive knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations operations
• Proven ability to lead and manage large teams to achieve service excellence
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and labor cost control
• Exceptional guest service and problem resolution skills
• Proficient in hotel property management systems
