Position: Room Division Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Rooms Division leadership role (e.g., FOM, EHK) in a luxury resort
- Comprehensive knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations operations
- Proven ability to lead and manage large teams to achieve service excellence
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and labor cost control
- Exceptional guest service and problem resolution skills
- Proficient in hotel property management systems
