Position: Steward Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the stewarding team, managing daily operations of the stewarding department.
- Oversee the cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of all kitchen areas, equipment, and F&B outlets.
- Manage the inventory and control of all china, glassware, and silverware.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene (HACCP) and chemical safety standards.
- Train and schedule stewarding staff.
- Coordinate with the culinary and F&B service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Steward Supervisor or senior Steward in a hotel.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation standards, and chemical handling.
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team.
- Hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Basic understanding of English is an advantage.
- Flexible with working hours.
