Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory control, and purchasing of supplies.
- Train, mentor, and schedule the housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure standards are met.
Qualifications:
- One (1) year experience in the same position from International Chain Hotel.
- Strong Leadership and communication skills.
- Self motivated, Innovative thinking.
- English is a must (written and spoken).
- High attention to detail.
- Proven experience in managing housekeeping budgets and inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation standards, and chemical handling.
