Position: Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Manage departmental budgets, inventory control, and purchasing of supplies.
• Train, mentor, and schedule the housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure standards are met.

Qualifications:

• One (1) year experience in the same position from International Chain Hotel.
• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Self motivated, Innovative thinking.
• English is a must (written and spoken).
• High attention to detail.
• Proven experience in managing housekeeping budgets and inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation standards, and chemical handling.
