Position: Sales Manager – JSO
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and solicit key accounts from the Jakarta Sales Office (JSO) market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, MICE organizers, and travel agents in Jakarta.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for the resort.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and client entertainment in the Jakarta market.
- Represent Sheraton Belitung Resort at trade shows, workshops, and sales missions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, with a proven focus on the JSO market.
- Strong network of contacts in the Jakarta corporate and MICE segments.
- Based in Jakarta and willing to travel as needed.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, target driven, and self motivated.
- Experience selling a 5 star resort property is highly preferred.
