Position: Butler

Responsibilities:

• Provide highly personalized and anticipatory service to guests in villas and suites.
• Act as the single point of contact for all guest needs, including check in, reservations, and special requests.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest stay.
• Handle packing, unpacking, and other personalized butler services.
• Uphold the highest standards of luxury service and guest confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler in a 5 star luxury resort.
• Formal butler training certification is a strong advantage.
• Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem solving mindset.
• Passionate about creating extraordinary guest experiences.
