Position: Butler
Responsibilities:
- Provide highly personalized and anticipatory service to guests in villas and suites.
- Act as the single point of contact for all guest needs, including check in, reservations, and special requests.
- Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest stay.
- Handle packing, unpacking, and other personalized butler services.
- Uphold the highest standards of luxury service and guest confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler in a 5 star luxury resort.
- Formal butler training certification is a strong advantage.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem solving mindset.
- Passionate about creating extraordinary guest experiences.
