Position: HR. Admin (Training & Recruitment)
Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and administer all staff training programs, tracking participation and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation in the hotel system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the resort team.
- Handle administrative tasks for the HR department, supporting daily operations in our Bogor resort.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female.
- Hospitality background preferred.
- Target Oriented.
- Experience in the hotel industry in accordance with their fields (minimum 2 years) preferred.
- Good Attitude, personality, healthy & energetic, hard working, highly motivated & Excellent.
- Good communication skill and goal oriented.
- Able to operate MS. Office & Hotel System VHP.
