Position: HR. Admin (Training & Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and administer all staff training programs, tracking participation and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation in the hotel system.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the resort team.
  • Handle administrative tasks for the HR department, supporting daily operations in our Bogor resort.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female.
  • Hospitality background preferred.
  • Target Oriented.
  • Experience in the hotel industry in accordance with their fields (minimum 2 years) preferred.
  • Good Attitude, personality, healthy & energetic, hard working, highly motivated & Excellent.
  • Good communication skill and goal oriented.
  • Able to operate MS. Office & Hotel System VHP.
