Position: Asst. Director of Human Resources

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a senior HR management role, preferably in a 5 star resort
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• In depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues
• Experience in developing and implementing staff training programs
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
