Position: HR and L&D Executive

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and delivery of training programs in line with Marriott standards.
• Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding cycle for new colleagues.
• Assist in managing colleague relations and promoting a “Be You” culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage administrative tasks for the department.
• Analyze training needs and support colleague development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR or L&D role, preferably within a 5 star hotel.
• Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
• A passion for empowering colleagues and fostering a positive work environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
