Position: HR and L&D Executive
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and delivery of training programs in line with Marriott standards.
- Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding cycle for new colleagues.
- Assist in managing colleague relations and promoting a “Be You” culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage administrative tasks for the department.
- Analyze training needs and support colleague development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR or L&D role, preferably within a 5 star hotel.
- Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
- A passion for empowering colleagues and fostering a positive work environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
