Position: HR & Training Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compensation.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and service quality.
  • Champion the resort’s culture, values, and performance standards.
  • Manage onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
  • Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
  • Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Proficient in related systems and technology.
  • Fast learner and proactive team player.
  • Able to join immediately.
