Position: HR & Training Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compensation.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and service quality.
- Champion the resort’s culture, values, and performance standards.
- Manage onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Proficient in related systems and technology.
- Fast learner and proactive team player.
- Able to join immediately.
