Position: HC & Learning Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Human Capital operations and administration
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Manage recruitment processes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR or Learning & Development
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to join immediately
