Position: Complex L&D Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Learning and Development strategy for the entire complex, encompassing both Four Points and Fairfield.
  • Design, deliver, and manage training programs that support brand standards and colleague development.
  • Champion the Marriott service culture and empower colleagues to “Be You”.
  • Manage training budgets, vendor partnerships, and internal development tracking systems.
  • Partner with department heads to identify training needs and talent gaps.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar L&D or Training Manager role, preferably in a complex hotel property.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and curriculum design skills.
  • A passion for empowering others and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi brand environment in Bekasi.
