Position: GRO Mandarin

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome Mandarin-speaking guests upon arrival.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for Chinese guests.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions in Mandarin.
  • Translate documents and communications as required.
  • Resolve guest issues and ensure a comfortable stay.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in Mandarin communication in both written and spoken is mandatory.
  • Fluent in English communication in both written and spoken.
  • Friendly, honest, and responsible personality.
  • Male or Female candidates are welcome.
