Position: GRO Mandarin
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome Mandarin-speaking guests upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for Chinese guests.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions in Mandarin.
- Translate documents and communications as required.
- Resolve guest issues and ensure a comfortable stay.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in Mandarin communication in both written and spoken is mandatory.
- Fluent in English communication in both written and spoken.
- Friendly, honest, and responsible personality.
- Male or Female candidates are welcome.
