Position: Server – PASOLA Restaurant
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Gold Standard of service to guests dining at PASOLA Restaurant
- Present menus and provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages
- Take accurate orders and serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain the cleanliness and elegance of the dining area and stations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to speak other languages is a plus
- Passion for service and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Willingness to learn and uphold The Ritz-Carlton service values
