Position: Server – PASOLA Restaurant
Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Gold Standard of service to guests dining at PASOLA Restaurant
  • Present menus and provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages
  • Take accurate orders and serve food and drinks in a timely manner
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries with professionalism
  • Maintain the cleanliness and elegance of the dining area and stations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Server in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
  • Strong communication skills in English; ability to speak other languages is a plus
  • Passion for service and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Willingness to learn and uphold The Ritz-Carlton service values
