Position: Asst. Bar Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar service operations.
  • Ensure consistent quality control of all beverages and presentation.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and conducting stock takes.
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to Bartenders and Servers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Bar Supervisor or Asst. Manager.
  • Solid knowledge of bar operations and beverage preparation techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a shift and handle operational tasks.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Passion for the latest trends in the Banten beverage scene.
