Position: Asst. Bar Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar service operations.
- Ensure consistent quality control of all beverages and presentation.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and conducting stock takes.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to Bartenders and Servers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Bar Supervisor or Asst. Manager.
- Solid knowledge of bar operations and beverage preparation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a shift and handle operational tasks.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Passion for the latest trends in the Banten beverage scene.
