Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for private events, corporate functions, and group dining.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct site inspections and present the venue’s offerings to potential customers.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and event orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Excellent guest experience skills with a customer centric approach.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Self motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong ability to motivate oneself and others.
