Position: Sales Manager – Corporate FIT
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new corporate business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Execute sales activities to meet personal and departmental targets.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and market analysis.
- Represent the hotel at networking events and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a hotel environment.
- Good understanding of the Corporate FIT market in Jakarta.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Proactive and organized approach to sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
