Position: Group & Event Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all logistics for group bookings and special events from inquiry to execution
  • Maintain effective communication between clients and resort departments
  • Assist in sales activities to secure group business and event revenue
  • Ensure all event details are recorded accurately in the management system
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination, group sales, or hotel operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
