Position: Group & Event Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all logistics for group bookings and special events from inquiry to execution
- Maintain effective communication between clients and resort departments
- Assist in sales activities to secure group business and event revenue
- Ensure all event details are recorded accurately in the management system
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination, group sales, or hotel operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
